Description
A hot washer cleans the PET flakes via hot chemical wash where oil and other stubborn contamination is effectively removed. Labels that are stuck to the PET flakes are also removed within this machinery.
The traditional hot washer requires long reaction times, therefore, it is very difficult to ensure a washer’s capacity. ASG’s new, continuous-running hot washer resolves this issue.
How It Works
PET flakes are stored in the tanks and are mixed within a hot chemical wash. The rotary paddles make the flakes rub against each other removing any dirt on the surface including glue, mud, oil, etc…

Place An Order
The general lead time for all single-piece, standard equipment orders is 30 days. For custom orders or complete washing lines, the lead time is between 60 – 90 days. The actual lead time will depend heavily on the complexity of the project as well as the amount of machinery we have in queue at the time of your order.
