How it works
This label remover uses the power of water to get rid of labels on plastic bottles and PET with efficiency rate of more than 95%. It does so by using mechanical force (medium-speed rotation and peeling) and high pressure water flushing. The wet label remover removes bottle labels, parts of the caps, as well as cleaning the bottle washing away sand and any other small particles.

1. Adopt imported sharp, hard, alloy knife teeth to ensure durability. The claw-shaped knives are welded by copper, while large welding area guarantees firmness and stability.
2. Friction teeth plate and screw is wear-resistance and replaceable.
3. Knife and friction gap can automatically adjust according to bottle sizes, thus achieving best label-stripping effect.
4. Machine focuses on separate various labels from PET plastic bottles making it an indispensable and perfect device before plastic bottles crushing and further cleaning.

The general lead time for all single-piece, standard equipment orders is 30 days. For custom orders or complete washing lines, the lead time is between 60 – 90 days.
